One of sponsor children, Naisoi, is no longer on my account. What has happened?

One of my sponsor children is no longer on my account. There is a message saying that I was informed about it but could not find a message telling me that I would not be her sponsor any more or why I would not be her sponsor anymore. I'm not sure if this is a question I should call and talk to some one about.

Good morning Robin, 

I am so sorry for the confusion of your child leaving the program. I see that Naisoi Kaikai (KE073100346) finished her time with Compassion just a couple weeks ago. It looks like she is actually living with a new primary care giver in a new area. Often times when the children move to a new area, we do our very best to also help move them to another child center, but in many cases, there is not another center close enough to attend. I am so sorry, I know it it very hard to lose a kiddo, especially after sponsoring for such a long time. Please know that although she is living in a new area, and it may difficult to get a final letter to her, you are still more then welcome to send one, and we will do our absolute best to get it to her. Please write “Final Letter” across the top of the correspondence, along with your child's name and child's number, (KE073100346). Please send your letter to Compassion's address below:

Please also note that when a child leaves the program, we do offer another child to sponsor. I see that we have currently placed a child named Jean de Dieu, who is three years old and lives in Rwanda on hold for your to consider. Please let us know if you would like to sponsor this child. Additionally, If you would prefer, you may also choose your own child online. Please know there is no obligation to sponsor another child, as we know sometimes we need a break before sponsoring again!

No problem, Robin. Please let us know if you will NOT be interested in picking up sponsorship of Jean, as the system does automatically add the child to your account for your convenience, if we do not hear back within five weeks. I do see that we placed this child on hold two weeks ago, so you do have a few more weeks to decide. If you have chosen to begin sponsorship of Jean, you do not need to contact us, as your new child will be added and set up automatically just like your last sponsorship.
