One sponsor not showing up on my account.

I'm sponsoring two kids. I submitted one at Creation and I had to mail the other one. When I went to my account it says that I only have one of them.

Hi Cameron! Thank you so much for choosing to love and support two children with your sponsorship! When I pull up your account, I just see Worrachart from Thailand. So that I can troubleshoot this for you and check on your sponsorship, may I please have the other child's ID number?

Hi Cameron! I see that this sweet little girl has simply not been placed on your account yet. Sometimes it may take a while to receive your completed packet in the mail and process your sponsorship. However, I would be happy to place her on your account for you :). Would you like me to do this? If so, would you like your first month's sponsorship to be placed on your card on file? I see your other kiddo, Worrachart, is set up to have his support automatically processed every month on the 1st. Would you like me to do the same for Putthasorn?
