Online Letter Writing Tool: Message saying not able to send for 0 more hours.

When I go to write a letter online, I am receiving this message: "You have written the maximum number of letters for this child in this time period. You may edit and save a new draft but will not be able to send it for 0 more hours."

I have previously received a message saying "12" more hours, etc., but never "0" more hours! I wrote to my kids a few days ago, but have not written in over 24 hours.

Hi berry31! It definitely sounds like there is something going on with our website. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration! I am reporting this to our webmaster so that we can work on resolving this issue as soon as possible. In the mean time:

-What web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Explorer) are you using? You might try a different browser.
-What operating system are you using (PC, Mac)? You might try using a different device/machine.

Hi berry31! I'm told by our webmaster that this has been resolved and you were able to send all your letters. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi, Susan! I ran into this issue myself this morning. Would you please see if there's anything I can do? I've previously never had a problem.

I'm sorry I'm posting on here again! My parents ran into the same message on their account. I will recommend that my mum use the contact Compassion tool on your website, but I wanted to let you know that the same message is showing up again. Thankfully I haven't run into it again!
