Hi there - only 1 of the 2 children we are sponsoring is showing up on our account. I reported this a week or 2 ago but haven't seen it resolved. Any help is greatly appreciated as we would like to send a letter to our 2nd child. Thank you!

Hi Nikki! I am so sorry for the delay in getting this taken care of for you :(. We are still working on getting your accounts merged together so that both children show up under one account instead of two. This truthfully can take a few weeks to be done because there are quite a few requests to merge accounts together and only one department that handles doing them. Hang in there a little longer while we get this finished for you! It's wonderful to hear you are so excited to write to both of your children!
