Only One Child Appears

We are sponsoring two children, but only one is appearing under "My Child" or "Write My Child" how do we fix that so we can write both? They both appear in payment history, but we can only write one of them.

Hey Micah! It looks like you have two accounts- one for a church and one for you. One child is on each account. To write to both children, you will need to create an online account for both accounts using the separate sponsorship numbers.
