Hey! I have been writing Tigist from the moment I started sponsoring her. I love how easy the app has made
It to connect to her.
My question is what is the order
These letters are translated in. I have letters
From February 12th that don't have any movement but April 24th is in translation.
This is kind of sad to me because
I write Tigist like she's very close friend or
Family member and I update her on our
Lives so the order is important.
Is
There a peticular order these are Done ?

Hi Tanya! I do not work for CI, but my assumption is letters are translated by the order they are sent. I think what you are seeing on your account are the effects of the new writing system. Any electronic letters from April 11 (when the new system went live) will reflect the new tracking (where you see submitted or in translation). This was not in place during your February letter so it shows as sent just without the new tracking features. I LOVE that Tigist is like a close friend or family member to you! She is very blessed to have you in her life! Keep writing!

Hi Tanya! Keeli is correct :). You are seeing the effects of the new letter system. Letters are translated and processed as they are received. The letter you are showing from February 12 was sent to Tigist as soon as we received it in our office and manually translated in Ethiopia before the new system took effect. It looks that that was the very first letter you wrote to her! I am so sorry for the confusion it shows you online. I have this same thing happening on my own account right now. We are working on some bugs, but know that all letters received before the switch happened in April were physically shipped to Ethiopia and translated before being given to her. Keep up the fantastic job writing to her! Her confidence is going to be incredible, knowing that she is a part of your family and loved dearly :)! You are a rockin' sponsor!
