Can someone assist me in canceling a new sponsorship? One of our children aged out of the program and you automatically gave us another one. We are not interested in picking up a new child at this time.

Rare, I am so sorry for the confusion regarding this new child on your account. Regrettably, we are going through a major system change this week and are unable to process anything in the new system at this moment. I am making notes on your account to place Kiduse back up for sponsorship as soon as we can access the new system.

When Habitamu left the program, we sent Kiduse's packet to you with a letter explaining we needed to hear from you within five weeks if you decided you did not want to sponsor. I am so sorry if you didn't receive this letter! Please know that this will be taken care of as soon as we are able to do the data entry for you. Thank you so much for partnering with us for Habitamu's support!
