Our first letter from our sponsored child in Brazil was not completely translated. Only part of the front and none of the back were translated. We were hoping to respond to it, but it’s been over 2 months now. Can we get it translated so we can have a 2 way conversation with her? Thanks!

Clay, I am so sorry that your letter from your child wasn't fully translated! We actually had an issue with letters at the end of May causing the translations to be all messed up, and this letter looks to be included in that issue. We have been able to fix that issue, and you should now be able to view the letter online with the full translation. Would you mind trying to view the letter again and letting me know if you continue to have problems? I am also able to email a copy of the letter to you if you are still having trouble.

It looks to be translated now.  It's still showing the original partial translation on the iPhone app, but the website appears to show the full translation.  Thank you!
