Our letter from one of our children was not translated.

The letters that we have received from both of our kids so far have not been translated. I looked on our account and it doesn’t seem like there is a setting for this that I can change.

Hi Emily, 
I am so sorry to see that both your child letters came through with only a partial translation. We did find that our system had a glitch that released a lot of letters that had not been finished. Thankfully, our team was able to identify why this glitch happened and was able to automatically trigger all these letters to be sent back to our translation queue. This means that we do not need to send these individually and they are already in the process of being fixed. Thank you all for your understanding, patience and kindness as we get this resolved for you! :)
