Hello Marilyn! I do see that Ishimwe just turned 18 last month! In Rwanda, the age limit for children in the program is 22, which means that Ishimwe most likely still has a few more years left in the program. During these last couple of years, the program really focuses on providing opportunities for the children to gain experience in vocational training or higher education depending on what the child wants to do. They also provide activities and programming that teaches students leadership skills and other beneficial skills. Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Thank you Sarah. That is a relief. We were hoping to visit her again before she she’d out.
