We just received Christmas letters to fill out and send to our sponsored children; however, one child's name is clearly spelled incorrectly. It reads "GTnesis Jazmfn Alvarado Cartagena" when it should read "Génesis Jazmín Alvarado Cartagena."

It was probably just a glitch in the system since it's the special characters that are typed incorrectly. Is there any way we can receive a corrected copy of the Christmas letter to send to her? Thanks!

Alyssa, I am so sorry that Genesis' name was printed incorrectly by mistake on that Christmas stationary! Regrettably, we don't have the ability to reprint that stationary :(. Is it just her full name at the top of the letter where the sponsor and child info is always placed? I wish I could change that for you, but I do know that she'll be able to tell it was the printing that was wrong and not that you spelled it wrong :).

Hi Sarah, thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately the letter starts with "Dear GTnesis" as well. But that's okay, we'll work around it. Just figured I'd check to see if a reprint was possible. Thanks!
