Outstanding Balance Conflict and Payment Update Problems

Hello, so I went to update my payment plan and when I checked on the search engine on my phone, it said I had an outstanding balance (even though I have auto payment set up) so I paid that and updated my payment options but when I checked on the computer, there was no history of $152 being paid (the outstanding balance) and my payment options weren’t updated. Please advise as to what happened? I don’t mind at all donating an extra 152 if that is what happened when I didn’t have an actual outstanding balance but I would like to know what is going on and make sure my payment information is updated as I am changing banks, cards, etc. and it’s pivotal my payment methods are updated. Thank you

I think the Payment is being slow to update. I sent birthday gifts earlier this week and they are not showing up on the 2018 Payments yet.

Hi Madison! I am so sorry that you haven't been able to see the donation of $152 show up on your account yet. It may take 24-48 hours for this to show up, but I do see in our system that it was processed for your child's sponsorship :). Right now, we still have your card ending in 8390 set up to pull the donations out of your account automatically. If you want to change that over to the bank account you used to make the $152 donation, you can do so by logging into your online account and clicking on "Payment Options" from the left side of the screen.
