outstanding payment

Hello, I have a slight problem. My profile says that I have an outstanding payment. But I setup my payment plan before the first payment. I think that is happened because when I first decided to sponsor Gerson I paid in cash upfront. Would that be a reason to have a outstanding payment? If the cash did not get to through or to the right person? I do not want to pay more then I have to. Does anyone know what I need to do to work this out? Anything would help thank you.

Hannah, it looks like your first donation went through fine. The issue was that there was an error on our part and your automatic withdrawal did not pull in September. I am so sorry for any inconvenience and the extra concern this may have caused. Because this was our mistake, I have covered September's donation for you. The automatic withdrawal is set to begin withdrawing the regular monthly support on October 10.
