Hello,
I have been having a problem with payments. I have setup the direct payment and got conformation that it was setup correctly. Now when I go on the site it still wants me to setup direct payment. I also made a payment online because I had not setup the direct payment correctly or something happened for the third time! So I thought this would make everything right but it still says I have outstanding payments. I am confused and very frustrated and I am not sure what to do. I have setup of the direct payment multiple times and sent a payment so I do not understand why I should have outstanding payments. I love Gerson and want to support him but I have had noting but problems with the payment system. I really don't want to stop sponsoring him. I need some help. I have tried what I know to fix it, is there something I am missing? Please help. Thank you for you time.

Hannah, I am so sorry that we have not been able to work out the bank withdrawal situation with you thus far. I can't imagine how frustrating and confusing that must be to have this happen so many times. I really want to help you any way I can. Without giving exact information, I noticed you made the first donation by check and that donation went through just fine. Was this check by chance made from the same account you are wanting the withdrawal from? We may be able to use the information on the check to make sure that everything is setup correctly moving forward. As a courtesy, I covered this month and last months' support so that we can get this straightened out and then start you afresh.

Thank you so much for your response. When I first made my donation I paid with cash not a check but the bank account I put down of the paperwork is what I want to use for payments. I think that some of the problem might be that my last name is spelled wrong on my online account for Compassion. I have tried to fix this and thought that it was getting taken care of but it hasn't yet. My account of here its is spelled "Eroman" when it should be "Erdman". Could this have messed up the direct payment with my bank? Thank you so much for your time and for replying to my problem.

Scratch out the last name thing because it looks like that has been fixed.

Hi Hannah! I do indeed see that you paid with cash for that initial donation. Sorry about the confusion! It looks like you originally sent us your account information but we also needed a signature and a date to set your automatic monthly contributions from your account. Did you try adding your bank information on your online account since then?
