overdue balance

So, my payment did not go through even though I had my card information correct. Now it says I have an overdue balance of $76 and I'm not sure what to do about it. I don't really understand why its doing this.

That happened to me once.  I made a manual payment on the site and have not had any other problems since.

Hi Tiana! I am so sorry that the card didn't go through that you had been using to process donations. I do see that you placed a new card on your account and that it has processed just fine :). The old card, ending in 1756, has an expiration of February 2020. Is that date still correct? If not, that could be the reason it was declining on us when trying to pull donations. Please let me know if I can help you further!
