I have an auto payment plan that is suppose to take out at the end of every month I spoke with you guys before cause it wasn’t working and you said everything is working fine then I log in to my account and it says I’ve missed a payment?? I can’t pay this right now Money is super tight. I just got laid off of one of my jobs and only have one source of income now

Hi Jake! I am so sorry to hear that you lost your job! We completely understand and would be more than happy to help you out. 
First of all, I am so sorry to see that your account did not pull again for the month of December. We have been having some issues with the pull date of the 28th. Would you mind if we moved your pull date going forward to another day? We can even do the 27th, if that would work? 
For now, I am covering the month of December since this was our mistake. :) Please let us know if it would be okay to move that date going forward., Thank you so much and I wish you luck in finding a new job!

So I went in and changed my withdrawal day to the 27th. Is that all I need to do?

So I would pay 38$ for January like normal on the 27th with auto withdrawal moving forward ?
