Overdue payment: help

I set up a monthly payment plan and I just noticed the automatic payment wasn't taken out and now I have a late fee on my account. Can you guys fix this for me?

Ashley, I'm sorry that the automatic payment didn't go through. It looks like you should be set for this next month. I also covered the overdue amount so that you can just start afresh.

This keeps happening. Twice now I've set up an automatic payment to be taken out of my account and for some reason this organization never takes it out. My information is correct, I've entered it multiple times and now I'm overdue again. I don't think it's good faith to get charged a late fee when y'all are supposed to be taking out my payments. Is there a way we can fix this?

Ashley, I sincerely apologize that you are continuing to run into this issue. I know it can be frustrating to think you have something taken care of but to continue to struggle with it. :( I also want to apologize for the confusion. Compassion is a non-profit and we do not charge late fees. We do expect the support each month but that is because there is a child on the other end who is depending on that support. That said, we do not charge interest or late fees of any kind. As a courtesy, I adjusted for the month we did not withdraw (May's support) and reset the automatic withdrawal so that hopefully it will go through later this month in June.

Hi Susan, it happened again. My bank information is correct and they have taken out my automatic payment form this account in the past but for some reason they didn’t take out this months and it is saying I am overdue. Can you fix this please? I don’t understand why the automatic payments come out sometimes and then not again.

Ashley, I am so sorry this keeps happening. I just submitted a ticket to our processing department to research further why the payments are not going through. As I look at it, I'm as confused as you are as to why your support is not going through and I do not see a reason for it not to pull from your account. I will keep you updated on what the processing department finds. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
