Hello Joice! I've looked at your account to find an overpayment. I do see two birthday gifts given for your child just a few days ago. One was for $25 and the other for $30. Is this the overpayment you were talking about? I can certainly refund one of these gifts for you if you just let me know!

Hi, Joice! I have submitted a request for the second Birthday Gift of $30 to be refunded back to you. You should expect to see this back within a week. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!

Sponsor/Donor: 07941448- $50.00 - I was told my Christmas gift was a credit due to all the funding for Christmas gifts had been met when I paid. Can someone respond and let me know please. Thank you!

Hi Ginger! I do see that you made a $30 contribution for Christmas on October 21st. Then the $50 Christmas gift I show on December 31st was originally a $50BG for Ja-Lee, but we had already received a birthday gift for her that year and another gift at the very beginning of the year. Compassion does limit child gifts (birthday and general gifts) to twice per year in order to keep the children from becoming dependent on regular gifts. If you would prefer the $50 to be refunded to you, I would be happy to do so. I can also apply that donation towards a $50 general gift for Ja-Lee or a $50 family gift if you would like since it is a new calendar year now. I'm happy to process your request either way.
