Hi Lex!

I sincerely apologize for the delay!  We have been having some issues with our notifications lately.

Well, first you should know that some items are scanned and sent digitally and others are mailed physically to the children. Stickers, bookmarks, pop-up greeting cards, and musical greeting cards are the only items that will be physically mailed. All other letters and items will be scanned in our USA office and sent digitally to your sponsored child. We will then print them out on the other end so that your child will have a physical copy.

This means that you are welcome to laminate bookmarks. However, all other paper items will need to not be laminated as they will be scanned.

Thank you so much for thinking of your sponsored child and sending them loving letters and items! Each letter makes a huge difference!
