I would like to remove my monthly donation to Partners of Compassion, but continue to sponsor my child. This is only because I have some doctor bills and a balance with my university. But I don't know how to change this donation. I have gone through payment options and can't find anything. I would love some help with this! Thank you :)

Sierra, I'm so sorry that you are facing some extra bills and can no longer afford to give your extra donations to the Partners of Compassion fund. Please rest assured that I have removed this fund from your account, so now you may continue with only your sweet Annabelle :). Please let us know if you have any additional questions, and we will be happy to help you. Have a blessed day!

Hi Christina. I need you to set my account back to normal. I had to drop some programs I supported and now I am at a manageable level. They had it set up to cover part for a month or two but I don't need that now. Thanks

Sarah, sorry I didn't explain it correctly. I now have only child sponsorship on my account and that remains like it is. When you look at the dollar amount scheduled for May you'll see it's much less than the regular amount for the sponsor children. I need it to go back to the regular amount. I have one who will graduate in October and I'm not sure yet if I will sponsor one more after that. I had called and asked for the other programs to be removed to bring the amount down to a level I can manage since I'm not working two jobs, only one for now. Thanks

Hi William! I see that we received your email on May 3rd requesting to have some of the months we waived reversed :). Please rest assured we have already sent a request to our processing team to reverse one month of waiving for 10 of your children. Regrettably, our processing team is experiencing a delay in taking care of this, and I'm so sorry for this inconvenience. Our wonderful processing team will make sure to take care of this request as soon as they can. I hope this is helpful! Thank you for your patience :).

Thank you. I'm at the point I can cover all of it even though I had to cancel other programs to do so. Please let me know before the 20th if it can be done by then.

William, that is so wonderful that you are in a better place financially :). I know that financial struggles can be so stressful, so I'm happy that you are now free from that! Regrettably, since our processing team is significantly delayed in taking care of requests right now, I do not have an estimated time of resolution for your request. Therefore, I don't know if this will be taken care of by May 20th. I'm so sorry that I am unable to give you a time frame right now, but we are very grateful for your understand and patience.
