I received notification this morning that my letter from Ekbadin Jalor was complete.  What a fun way to start my morning! :)

However, questions 1, 2 and 7 on the front of the letter were not translated.  Is there a way this can be fixed?

What I would do is use a translator on Google or Bing.

Hi Jamie! I am so sorry you didn't have the translation for those questions. With it being in Thai, I bet it would be quite a guessing game to figure out the answers to those questions. Because I have the full translation in my system, I am thinking that maybe it just got cut off. The answers to those questions were at the very bottom of the translation. Here they are for you: 1. Chiangrai, North 2. Baan Mae Khamnoi 7. Play alone

The rest of the letter was translated, correct? Also, there is actually a photo attached to this letter. Did you see it on the third page? If not, I can email it to you. Enjoy :)!

I just wanted to mention that I received a copy of this letter in the mail today.  The questions were answered on the back of the picture page, listed as page 4.  My online account only shows 3 pages, which is why I can't see the answers online.

I wanted to make note of it in case the IT department doesn't have enough to look into. ;)

Thanks for letting me know, Jamie! We're still working to get this issue fixed, but I'm so glad you received the full letter in the mail :).
