When I first signed up, I entered my card information and everything and thought that you guys already took out the money, but you didn't. So on Christmas, I check my account and it said I still owed $38 and so i re-entered my information and then I got an email as a receipt, but still the money hasn't been taken out of my account. Now I just looked and it said that I owe outstanding fees and I owe $76. Why is that? Did I do something wrong?

Hi Kelsey, I am sorry for any inconvenience. Our system sends charges only once per day, Monday through Friday. I see that we attempted to charge you card on the 26th, but it came back as declined. I am sorry that we are not given reasons for declines. If you would like to try that card again, we would be happy to attempt the charge again.
