I tried to make a payment for my child, but my profile still tells me I owe that exact amount. Does it take awhile to process the payment information? Thx

Mary, it does typically take 24 to 48 hours for payments to be reflected on your account. Regrettably, I am not able to verify whether your payment went through because I was unable to locate your account by your name and email address. Please post your child's ID number or sponsor number here so that we can further assist you.
