I was recently charged twice in one month for my sponsor child without adding any special payment and I was wondering what could be done about that?

Hello Cali! I apologize for this error. According to our records, there was a request submitted to process a contribution using your Visa card for $38 on, May 3, 2019. Then on, May 10, 2019, we received the statement to set up the recurring contribution using your checking account. I am so sorry about the confusion. We can either refund the extra $38 contribution or use it to cover your June contribution. Please let us know how you would like us to proceed. I appreciate your understanding.

Hi Cali! I have set up the credit on your account to cover June's donation. :) This means that your automatic withdrawals will resume on July 10th!
