I noticed that my payment for this month (Dec. 2017) hasn't been taken out yet, and I wondered why that was?

Hello Hollen, I appreciate your concern for your December contribution. It appears that we were unable to process the contribution using the credit card on file. We sent out an email to let you know. You can either login to your online account and make your contribution there or you can call us at 800-336-7676, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5:30 PM Mountain Time. We are going to be closed for Christmas beginning Friday, December 22nd and we will be back in office on Tuesday, the 26th. Thank you.
