I received a notice that my payment from my checking account could not be processed. I resubmitted my account numbers. Was that the problem? I am not always available to call you, so need this resolved so my sponsored child receives his funds. Thank you.

I apologize that we are having problems processing your donation on your checking account. I do see that prior to this month we were using your Mastercard that we have on file. This month when you switched and put in your checking account info, I see that we may have one number incorrect, which is why your donation is unable to be processed. When you have a few minutes you may go online or give us a call to fix this for you.
