Starting in Jan. Compassion hasn't been able to process our automatic payment VISA card. There is nothing wrong with this card. We have asked to have someone from IT contact us about this problem. We have been told someone will, but no one has. We were told Compassion covered our Feb. payments.

Hi Linda! This issue is on our end and not yours. There's an issue within the system that is making cards look inactive in some places but not others. This is a high priority issue that is being worked to fix as soon as possible. We did cover your February donations, and it looks like your March donations were just made today as well. I'm keeping an eye out to make sure the March donations go through completely for you.
