I got a letter saying you were not getting my monthly payments but when I look online the payment info looks correct and the withdrawal day is set. What should I do?

Hi Audrey,

I am so sorry for this issue with your account, Audrey. In order to get your account up to date, we do need to get your account current. I see that we missed a couple contributions. This means there is a balance on your account for $114. Are you able to make up these missed contributions? If so, can you please give us permission to run this balance on your credit card on file? Can you please also confirm that you would like to keep your automatic withdraws set up for the 21st of each month?
