My payment is set to be deducted from my bank (debit card) each month in the 16th. It typically shows on my account by the 18th. Today is the 22 and no payment has been deducted for the month. The debit card does not expire until 2019 and no information has changed. When I look on my account via compassion website everything looks good. I am unable to call for help due to being abroad. Could someone reach out to me at my email?

Hi Rachael! I apologize for any confusion about your automatic recurring contribution. When we attempted to process your monthly contribution on, July 16, 2018, the charge did not go through. Would you like me to reattempt to process this for you and set back up your monthly contribution using the same card?
