I called and paid for the whole year but online it is telling me that I need to pay for this month.

Hi Annie! I am so sorry for the confusion about this donation. According to the notes on your account, you called in February 8 to stop the recurring monthly donation, because you were going to send in the donations through a fund instead. When donations are done through a fund, they can take a few extra days to be processed and credited to your account. When did you make that donation through the fund?

What is "donation through the fund"? Paying by check?

Not necessarily, Newsponsor. A supporter can be referring to a Foundation, a Charitable Giving Fund or maybe a Fidelity type fund that they're going to make their donations through instead of a normal credit card.
