I’ve had a lot of problems with mailing in a payment - it takes forever for check to be cashed which puts my account behind. I have since found out how to pay on the App, which I will do in the future. However, I mailed a check 6 weeks ago that still hasn’t posted to my account. My account is now behind, and I don’t want to pay a cancelled check fee. Please advise. Thanks.

Summer, I am so sorry that there have been so many problems with your check donations to Compassion. I do see what you are talking about :(. I'd be happy to see if our team that handles check donations is able to find yours and figure out why it hasn't been cashed yet. Would you please email us at socialmedia@compassion.com with the date on the check, the amount it was for and the check number? Thank you!
