My payment has not been taken out if my account. I set it up to do automatic payments and still have not seen it come out. I don’t want my sponsor to go without because my payments aren’t going through.

Hi Kyla, Thank you for reaching out today! I was able to locate your account, and according to our records, the monthly donation for your child's sponsorship was not set up to pull monthly. I'm so sorry for that error, and would be happy to rectify it for you. Would you kindly just let us know what day each month you wanted those donations to pull?

I received an email to solve this issue. I went to the link and had it set to automatic payment. If you could fix it again it would be most appreciated. Thank you.
