Payment problem. My credit card does not release money

Hi there, I would appreciate official response from Compassion.com. 

Recently I have received an email from you that the last payments for all my sponsorship were not successful. I have checked my credit card, it is fine with regular transactions. In the email, compassion.com requested me to give a call to USA. As I am sitting here in Austria Europe, and as I have not found a single email to write too, I come here. 

I do not want my kids out them having a drop, so could you please advise me what to do? Thank you.

I am so sorry that your donations for Sarah and John were unsuccessful for the month of March :(. I definitely understand the difficulties of calling from another country, so please rest assured that you will not need to call us. Since your donation did not go through, I encourage you to make another donation through your My Account on compassion.com, or I can process this donation for you if you would like using your Visa card on file.
