Last month's payment didn't go through, so I paid for last month, this month, and birthday giving, and received a confirmation email, but when I log in it still shows that I haven't done any of it

Hi Jordan! I'm so sorry for the confusion! According to our records, I show payments on January 10 and February 10 for the monthly support as well as a birthday gift for Thanapat given on January 3. Please let us know if we are missing something, but from our standpoint, you are current on all of your support.

Hi Susan,
Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately I think something is wrong in the system. None of the money for my support has been pulled from my accounts, and neither of the children I sponsor is named Thanapat.

Jordan, I'm so sorry for the mistake. I believe that I have located the correct account for you now. Are you sponsoring Mbandu and Agnes? If so, then I see what you are talking about on your account. Please rest assured that because you have received confirmation emails for these donations, they will indeed be processed :). I see that your regular monthly support for February is scheduled to withdraw on February 15th. I also see your request to have January's support along with the two birthday gifts processed. Regrettably, we are experiencing about a two week delay in processing your donations, so they will most likely we processed within a week. I'm so sorry for any concern or inconveniences this has caused you. I encourage you to wait another week to ensure that all of your donations have been processed. If you do not see that all your donations have been processed by next week, then please let us know! Thank you!
