Okay, I've never had a problem with payments going through before. I've watched my account that I use strictly for Compassion donations, and I've noticed that my funds haven't been taken out. I have a confirmation email saying thank for your payment dated August 19th. I'm not sure if your system is having problems, but my concern is that my sponsored children aren't getting the funds they need. Please get back to me asap.

Hi Jessica! I am so sorry for the confusion and frustration you have experienced regarding your recent donations for your sweet children! The bank account that you authorized us to use for that donation appears to be an invalid account, which means we haven't been able to pull out the support :(. Is it possible that a number was typed in incorrectly? We have sent a letter to you regarding the inability to pull the funds, but you may not have received it yet. When you receive the email confirmation, it only serves as a confirmation that we have received your request to process the donation. I would encourage you to go online and try sending in the donation again. Let me know if you have any more trouble with this though, and thank you so much for supporting these three kids. Rest assured that each one of them has continued to receive support at their centers even though we haven't been able to withdrawal the donations recently :).
