Payment Question

My account states I have a past-due amount, but my credit card statement shows that the payment has been paid with my credit card.  How do I clear this up?

Hi Rhonda! It was actually the January donation that was missed for Andres when you first started sponsoring him and not last month's. If you are able to make the donation to get caught up, please let me know. Otherwise, I am able to cover the donation for you today.

Actually, I am not able to do that right now.  I did not even realize that you all would automatically reassign another child to me to replace Fabio, and I had already sent a donation to Ancla de Esperanza in Bolivia where they do a similar sponsorship.

I should be able to continue with Andres now that I know what is going on.
