I keep receiving messages that my last payment did not go through. I have updated the card information and I also submitted an amount for a Christmas gift. That amount was withdrawn, but I am still receiving the messages that my monthly payment did not go through. I don’t understand why the one time amount was processed and completed, but the monthly payment is not. How can we resolve this?

Hi Susan, I am so sorry for the notifications you have been receiving about your card. It seems there was a glitch in our system when you updated the card. I have fixed this today. I have also set back up your automatic donations to continue again on November 14, 2019. Would you like me to process your October donation using the card we have on file?
