So on my account where it says amount due it has nothing it always resets itself at the beginning of each month why did it not do this?????

Debra, I am so sorry you are having issues with the amount due section. First, are you viewing on the app or on a computer? If you are on the app, then you may need to clear your cache and login again so that it shows the most recent information. Also, are you saying that it is showing that nothing is due or that there is literally nothing in that space? Do you see any error messages? I show that you made the payment for June yesterday. Please note that this may take a few days to reflect on your account.

I was viewing it on a computer but the amount did appear over the weekend thank you.
