I have noticed that my payment for this month has not posted yet. My payments normally come out automatically around the 20th - 22nd of each month and today is the 30th and still no payment has been deducted from my checking account. Can you please let me know if there is a problem with my account or why this has not been taken out. Thank you so much! -Vickie Baber

Hi Vickie! I am so sorry for the confusion this month with your donation not posting to your account on time as it normally does. We have just made a transition to a new internal system that caused us to get a little behind in processing donations and having them posted to bank accounts as well. Your donation for Ocen was pulled out as normal on the 21st and should show up on your bank statement too :). Thanks so much for contacting us to make sure your sweet boy was receiving your support!

I have four uncashed checks showing on my bank account from Compassion. When I go online I can only see the amount I owe, but I cannot which month it is referred to. I will not resend the checks until somebody, clearly tell me what happened to my checks. I will not put a stop payment, because it cost me $35 per check. In my mind, I already paid you guys, so I am not paying again until I receive proper help. I called and who ever answered me was not fully able to help me. I feel sorry for Pablo, he is suffering for somebody mistake. I sincerely feel like canceling my sponsorship.

Isabel, I am so sorry that these checks have not been processed for you yet. I do see that your March donation went through that month. How much were these checks for and when did you send them? We may still be working on processing them for you, which is what is causing the delay in them being posted to your account. I agree though that you should not send another donation until these ones have been processed. Please do know that Pablo is still being cared for during this time and is unaware that we are having issues with your donations going through.

When I first signed up I went with automatic payment and now some how it went from that to pay by mail? I don't use checks so when I try to pay online it won't go through. Unfortunately I have been super busy and haven't opened the statements and didn't realize my payments haven't been going through. So please either fix this or give my kid to someone else so he can be properly taken care of. Thanks.

Angelina, I am so sorry for the confusion with these donations not pulling out from your card for the past few months. I think what happened is that the first card you had been using declined on us in November. You made a contribution online with a new card in January to make up for the missed donations, but the card did not get set up to pull outĀ future donations automatically, which is why you have been receiving the paper statements in the mail. I would be happy to set up the automatic donations for you again if the card you used in January, which ends in 4977, is the card you would like to use. Otherwise, you will need to set that up online or by phone. We can pull out a donation for May and move forward, or you can absolutely make up for the missed months as well if you are able to. Your child has still been taken care of during this time. Let me know what you'd like to do!

Angelina, I have setup that card to be on automatic withdrawal starting June 5 as it was before. I also covered the missed months as a courtesy. God bless!
