Hello, I've noticed a couple times that my homepage indicates I'm behind on payments....but my sponsorship comes directly out of my account each month. Can this be corrected?

Hi Nicole! I see that you are actually still 2 months behind from the end of of 2016. I see when we tried to pull your automatic withdraw for November, your card was declined. It looks like we did not set back up a new card until January. So the balance on your account is actually for November and December of 2016. If you are able to make up these missed months that would be wonderful, however if not, I will be happy to cover them for you and bring you up to date. Please let us know what you would like to do!
