I just changed my payment plan from a credit card I no longer am using to direct deposit from my bank account. When I look at my payments it says I have three pending transactions on my account totaling $114. Have I been charged three times this month? Please help me clear these transactions and ensure I was only charged the normal $38 this month!

Hi Elizabeth! I'm so sorry for the concern! I see that you spoke with one of our representatives yesterday over chat regarding your donations as well. I want to encourage you that I checked your account this morning and do not see any pending donations. The only donation we have withdrawn was for $38 for Mariam's support for the month of April. Regrettably, I don't see any change in your payment types and so it's possible that it did not fully process through our system. I would suggest trying to update it one more time or you're welcome to call our office at (800) 336-7676 and we can manually do it for you and make sure you get setup correctly without being charged for any donations you do not intend to make :). In the meantime, I have stopped all automatic donations from the current credit card on file since you're saying it's now inactive.

Also, thank you so much for wanting to donate through direct deposit from your bank account! Our goal is to be good stewards of your contributions and we have found that this form of giving is a more cost effective way to process sponsors monthly donations which allows us to send more funds directly to our programs rather than using those funds for processing fees.
