Photo Editing and Letter previews

This is a 2 part suggestion. 1. Include some options for basic editing of photos when uploading them like more than one crop option and allow a photo to shrink to fit so it doesn't cut the image off. 2. Put a preview of low resolution letter so it will load faster, then give option for high resolution for saving. I try to go back and look at letters I have written to answer a question I may have received or not to send something twice. It takes awhile to load several letters looking for the right one.

John: I agree it'd be really nice to have a way for the photo to shrink to fit (Yes sometimes it would distort it horribly. But You could always remove it then and use outside tools.  But when I run into this problem I tend to open the image in paint to make changes and then upload it.
2. I got tired of waiting for previews. Plus you lose access to letters when a child leaves the program/graduates.  So I print every letter to PDF when I send it (At the preview stage) or when I receive it. and file those PDFs on a file sharing service (used to be google drive. Now it is iCloud) so I can access it from any computer I am writing letters on.  This has also come in handy on the rare occasion that a letter is cancelled and has to be resent.

John, thank you so much for sharing this feedback! I will certainly pass it along to our web team to see if we could potentially implement it!
