When I send a photo page to a student, can I assume that Compassion prints it with the child's name and ID number, so I don't need to worry about that? My guess is yes, but if not, let me know and I'll adjust my templates accordingly.

And now I have one more question. When I submit a support request like this one, the "Related Categories" section shows two identical checklists. Does it matter which one I choose?

(By the way, the photo pages capability is great! I haven't actually used it for that more than a few times so far for actual photos, but have found it to work very well for brief birthday notes, thinking-of-you notes, etc. Kudos to the folks who designed and created this option!)

Hi Debi! We sure do! Whenever you send anything through the online letter writing tool, we will attach a special barcode to route the letter to your child. No need to include that information in the letter itself. I'm glad you are liking this option!

Thanks for letting us know about the Categories issue! I think I just fixed it for you. There should be one Category Set called Programs, with checkboxes for the Child Sponsorship Program, Child Survival Program, Leadership Development Program, and Complimentary Interventions. Then under the Category Set called Services, it should say Letter Writing and FAQ. It is now showing correctly on my end. Let me know if it is on yours.

Thanks, Susan! I'm sending birthday notes today, so the photo pages thing became multi-relevant :)

And the categories thing does indeed now show on my end as you described.
