When I recently sent my fist digital card I also created a photo page. I don’t see it in the writing log on my app. Should I assume it didn’t go through? And also, is it more desired to receive cards/photos in the mail or online? Thanks in advance!

Has the card already gone through translation or is it still in process? If still in process, you cannot tell what is actually part of it.  I have noticed attachments do not show up on my online letters that are still in the process of being translated, but they have always been there when the translation is finished.

Hi Christina! I can actually verify that your photo page is attached to that card you wrote to your child and is currently going through the translation process. Both the card and photo page will be printed out in our country office in Haiti and delivered to your child as soon as it has finished processing :). Online letters do process a little faster since there is no wait for them to arrive in our office like physically mailed cards, but you are welcome to write in whatever way you prefer!
