Regrettably, the biggest reason for the delay in your case is some confusion on what you are really wanting. I tried to contact you several times to clarify these issues but was never able to reach you. Are you wanting a refund or are you wanting us to apply this money towards your new child? None of the funds were sent to India because of the restrictions. This funding is sitting in a holding fund. Your tax statement will need to be amended only if we refund the $862.
