Possible Glitch?

I wrote my girls on Saturday. Two of them say the letters are in transit. Ana's does not and there is no conversation history under her (that might be because it's my first letter) It does say that my last online letter was sent on Saturdays date. Just a little concerned about the rest. I also got to see that I have a letter on the way!!

Hi Chantel! Sincentives the transition to the new system on the 11th there have been some glitches, including the ones you have mentioned. Compassion and thier IT team are aware of the issues and are working on fixing them!

Hi Chantel! I sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. We received your letter for Ana and it looks like it is in our queue to be okay-ed and send on to Ana. There were some errors in our system that just need to be cleared out so that it can be sent. This should happen real soon.

Not a problem. I know that between the new system and the earthquake you all are dealing with a lot. Glad to know that my letter will eventually get to Ana. That's what matters the most. I've also seen some progress in my letter from Him with as it now says "translation complete." Its all just a lesson in patience. Thank you again for all that you all do and have a blessed Mother's Day.

Hi Susan. When you can I need you to look at my account and see if there are some glitches too. I clicked on one letter that showed I received it and when I clicked on it showed in translation. No big deal,really. This will get worked out.

William, is it a green bar above your child's name that says "Unread Letter?" Lots of sponsors are seeing that right now when the letter isn't yet ready to be viewed and we are working to fix it. Thanks for letting us know you are part of that group!

I wrote my girls today online and noticed that my Sponser number has been replaced by random charecters.

HI Chantel! Yes, this is a known and benign glitch. Even though this is not your sponsor number, our system is able to recognize that this is you and it will not cause any problems in delivering your letters.
