Printing letters from online

Two tech questions:

When I view letters in my online account, anything beyond page 2 seems to have disappeared in recent weeks. I'm guessing it's a technical glitch and the tech folks are working on it. Is this correct?

Second, when I go to print a letter from my online account, it prints oddly small, filling only around 2/3 of the page. (Image attached.) I thought maybe my print settings were messed up, but it's happening using both Apple and PC, phone and laptop, and to HP and Brother printers. Is there any adjustment I need to make? Or some kind of workaround? Is this simply a tech glitch that will be fixed later?

I wonder if it could also be a function of how it was scanned? Machines automatically crop better now, but in the olden days you could end up with something the size of the scanner and the image getting lost in it...

Debi, yes, we are working on the glitch that is causing the last page of letters to not show up online. We are very sorry for this error and are working to fix it as soon as possible. I know you said that you have used different devices/computers, but the printing size likely has to do with the settings in your browser. I would recommend going into the settings or preferences section when you are getting ready to print and removing the margins. You may also need to change the paper size. Please try that and let me know if it helps.
