So since the 22nd of September it has said that I had a letter in translation from my girl correspondent child now it says that it has been cancelled. Why would it be cancelled? it said there was a problem . This really disappoints me... If needed I will translate the letter myself, my fiancé speaks and writes in spanish

Debra, I am very sorry for the sadness and disappointment that this letter cancellation has caused. Part of our translation process includes quality assurance to be sure that everything is right from start to finish when the letter is delivered. When a letter is cancelled, this just means that the quality assurance team felt that there was something in the letter that needed to be corrected and they sent it back for your child to re-write the letter. Please rest assured that you will still receive a letter from this child. They just want to make sure everything is right before delivering it.

It seems to take weeks for letters to go thru in this particular center for some reason it was weeks when I sent a letter so I am assuming it will be months before I hear anything, thank you very much for looking into this

It can take 3 months for letters to be translated and delivered so a few weeks is really good!
