I have yet to receive a letter from my sponsor child in Ethiopia that I began sponsoring in December. When I check the letter history in my account, it does say a letter has been submitted by my sponsor child and translated on 2/14, but then the latest update on that same date says "There was a problem with this letter. Please check back later for further details." What does that mean?

Hi Lindsay! I do see that letter from Mezgebe in the system. The update saying there is an issue with the letter just means that for some reason the letter didn't go through by happy path and needs to be manually reviewed before it is placed on your account. Sometimes it is as simple as a letter image not coming through correctly. As soon as the letter is reviewed and cleared, it will be placed on your account ready for you to read :). It can take up to four months to receive your first letter from your child, so it's nice to see that this one was coming through before that mark!
