Problem with payment

Good afternoon! I have a question about the amount of money drawn from my account today. I am sure it is just a systems error because I have not had this problem before. According to my payment schedule as of yesterday, my next payment for Sunali was scheduled for December (today), my payment for Vithurshini was scheduled for January, and Renata, Linda, and Maritza are paid through February. However, when I went to my bank account today it showed 76 dollars being pulled instead of the 38 for just Sunali. Because the payment hasn't processed through compassion yet, it actually still says in my accont the aforementioned schedule. I emailed a copy of it to support but I wanted to get answers as soon as possible. I called support and the man I spoke with was very nice, but it sounded like something different was on his computer than on mine. I just need this taken care of asap because I wasn't expecting a 76 dollar payment until January. I know it is just a mistake but it is one I desperately need resolved. Thank you for your help!

Rebekah, I am not sure why the support went through today for Vithurshini. I am so sorry for our error. All of the rest of your donations are set to come out again in February as you mentioned. What I am wanting to know at this point is whether you would like a refund for this extra $38 or to skip all donations in January and just pick up again in February. I am happy to do either way just let me know and I will take care of it as soon as possible. It looks like you may have talked with someone else between when you posted this and now so please also let me know if this has been taken care of for you.
